Taos' Solar Plan by 2022

KSFR's correspondent, Rita Daniels, dives into the developments of Taos' solar plan to be 100% solar by 2022 which looks to be a model for rural America. Details of Taos' decision to spend $37 million to get out of their Tristate contract are also included.
