Today at 1pm The New Mexico State Supreme Court will hear a request by advocacy organization New Energy Economy on whether four of five State PRC Commissioners should be removed from deciding a crucial energy case regarding replacement energy at the San Juan Generating Station in Farmington. I asked New Energy Economy Executive Director Mariel Nanasi to bring us up to date on this precedent setting case.
