Albuquerque police chief Gordon Eden has come under fire for his department's use of "reverse stings": selling drugs to homeless people and then arresting them for possession of those drugs. Hank Hughes of the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness told KSFR's Dave Marash on HERE AND THERE why this tactic is unfair and what could be done to help New Mexico's homeless population.
