Interested in journalism?

Want to be on the radio? Interested in journalism? Ready to learn to be a radio reporter, anchor, interviewer or on-air radio host? For free?

KSFR Radio 101.1FM is looking for you! Our interns receive professional training, hands-on mentoring and school credit. They learn-by-doing, covering the communities, issues or activities that interest them as well as our listeners.

Through your internship, you will meet new people, learn skills you will use throughout your life, and walk away with both experiences and radio performances that will impress your family, friends and potential employers. You will improve not just your professional prospects but your personal podcasts and YouTube videos.

Meet KSFR’s new co-News directors, award-winning journalists Dave Marash and Zélie Pollon and hear about KSFR’s plans to recruit and train ambitious and talented students to cover the news for Santa Fe’s only community radio station.

NB: Your internship work schedule will be adjusted to meet your needs, but our internship demands a minimum commitment of 5 months.

For more information or to register for one of our upcoming training sessions, please contact Zélie Pollon or Dave Marash at 505-428-1383; or write zpollon@ksfr.org
