Benjamin Franklin said that nothing is certain in life but death and taxes.  And each year, our taxes certainly seem to get more complicated.  So much so that more than half of US taxpayers hire a professional when tax time rolls around.  Because these tax preparers have access to our most sensitive financial information, finding someone we trust is critical.  Reporter Mary Lou Cooper begins a series on taxes today beginning with Brian Watson from the Phoenix Field Office of the Internal Revenue Service.
