In the last 10 years, Oklahoma, earthquakes big enough to be felt on the surface have gone from one or two a year, to two a day.  And New Yorker journalist Rivka Galchen told KSFR's Dave Marash on HERE AND THERE That almost all geologist agree on who's responsible and how the quakes are driven: it's the oil and gas drillers, and the way they store the toxic waters that come up with the oil.  What makes it a perfect storm, Dave says, is the geology of Oklahoma.
