The clock has run down on Governor Susana Martinez's window to sign bills approved by lawmakers during New Mexico's 2015 60-day legislative session. One of the bills she didn't act on by the 12PM Friday deadline was a measure to extend the Solar Tax Credit, which has helped thousands of New Mexico families and business owners install solar panels to generate their own electricity.
