Audrey Whitesides

Audrey Whitesides came to KSFR via KNON in Dallas Texas. Years ago, a wee early twenty something Audrey tuned into a show on KNON called "Radio Lobotomy" hosted by Anatomic (aka Anne Pukk). Audrey was hooked! Ramones! The Clash! Late Night On Air High Jinks! She had no idea radio could be so animated and fun. Eventually she met Anatomic, they became friends and Audrey was invited to join Radio Lobotomy.

Years later, after living in San Francisco and Seattle without public radio in her life, Audrey moved to Santa Fe and met several people involved with KSFR. One suggested she get certified as a substitute DJ as there were no permanent DJ slots available at the time. Better than nothing!! So Audrey became a substitute DJ at KSFR and the rest is history...

When Audrey isn't picking out new music to play she's living a mundane life paying the bills pretending to be exciting when all she's really doing is rotting in Santa Fe..,oh wait-scratch that. Audrey is living the dream in Adobe Disneyland...
