In this edition:  Program changes and information from the Board of Directors. 

Changes to our program schedule are already being heard on the air.  One involves the 5 p.m. hour, which has been occupied since the very beginning of KSFR by our friend and colleague Diego Mulligan who hosted the Journey Home show.  Diego passed away in late June.  We are working on a replacement show that can meet the standard he created. In the meantime, we are delighted to be able to offer repeats of our popular 8 a.m. Radio Café with host Mary Charlotte….

The second change is the 4 p.m. hour, which had been filled by the nationally syndicated Here & Now with Robin Young. We lost it when the show moved to another distributor. Filling the 4 p.m. hour now are (Monday) Bill Moyers, (Tuesday) Alternative Radio with David Barsamian, (Wednesday) To the Best of Our Knowledge from Public Radio International, (Thursday) the locally produced Living on the Edge with David Bacon and Xubi Wilson, and (Friday) Zorba Paster On Your Health, also from PRI. We believe you’ll like our new lineups.  And we always welcome your comments.
