TOM ADLER, A NATIVE SANTA FEAN JOINED KSFR AS ONE OF FOUR HOSTS OF THURSDAY NIGHT'S "ACOUSTIC EXPLORATIONS" IN 2001 AND HAS SUBBED FOR MANY OTHER KSFR PROGRAMS OVER THE YEARS.   TOM IS AN ADJUNCT FACULTY MEMBER AT SANTA FE UNIVERSITY OF ART & DESIGN TEACHING THE ACOUSTIC AMERICANA ENSEMBLE, SONGWRITING SEMINAR AND FOLK GUITAR AND BANJO.  TOM ALSO WORKS AS A LANDSCAPE GARDENER.  HIS BACKGROUND INCLUDES MANY YEARS AND A WIDE RANGE AS A PERFORMING/RECORDING MUSICIAN AND STAGE ACTOR.   TOM PLAYED WITH THE FAST PESO STRING BAND, TOURED AS A SINGER/SONGWRITER APPEARING IN FILM AND ON TELEVISION AND RADIO.   TOM IS CURRENTLY A MEMBER OF THE FOLK/AMERICANA BAND, BOOTLEG PROPHETS.  TOM'S BIG SECRET THAT FEW PEOPLE KNOW IS THAT HE WORKED AS A CHMNEY SWEEP IN THE EARLY EIGHTIES!TOM ENJOYS LIS
